As a policy, we do not accept returns. However, we offer replacements in the rare case of manufacturing defects.
No Returns
We do not offer refunds or accept product returns once an order is placed and delivered. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
Replacements for Manufacturing Defects
We offer a replacement for products that:
- Arrive damaged due to a manufacturing defect
- Are defective in design or functionality (not caused by misuse or shipping damage)
Replacement Request Process
To request a replacement, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product

- Provide the following:
- Order ID
- Clear photos or videos of the defect
- Description of the issue
Our team will assess the request and confirm whether the product qualifies for a replacement.
Conditions for Replacement
Replacements are approved only if:
- The product is unused and in original condition
- The defect is verified as a manufacturing issue
- The request is made within the specified 48-hour window
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or transit damage are not eligible for replacement.
Replacement Time frame
Once approved, we will initiate the replacement process and ship the new product within 10-15 business days.
